Full Cancellation and No-Show Policies

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your prepaid appointment. If you wish to cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session by email (kristen@kristenleona.com) or text (317-749-0550). In the event of a cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund of your payment or can choose to reschedule your appointment without any additional fees.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice of your scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund, but you may choose to reschedule your appointment for a future date.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. As our sessions are prepaid, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel by email (kristen@kristenleona.com) or text (317-749-0550). If you miss an appointment without providing adequate notice (being 15 minutes late or more or simply not showing up), please note that your payment will not be refunded.
